Who We Are

Empire Safety & Supply has over fifty years of experience providing our clients with quality solutions to their Safety, Hazmat, Industrial, and Controlled Environment needs. The Team at Empire Safety & Supply continuously places customer satisfaction as our primary goal.

As a Full-Line Distributor, we represent in excess of 800 Manufacturers to offer our clients the product solutions and information they require. Our Customer Support Team is staffed with fully trained personnel to meet the demands and challenges presented.

With two California locations, our Roseville and Signal Hill offices, and a qualified Inventory Support Team we have the capability to ship thousands of products across the country and around the globe. Just In Time Alliances are established when a continuum of demand is assessed and confirmed with our Key Customers.

Where We Come From

Empire Safety & Supply was formed and began in Rocklin, California in 1992. From our initial 400 Square Foot Facility we have expanded and moved four times to our present Corporate Headquarters in Roseville California. In 2009, we were pleased to add our newest location in Signal Hill California to better serve our customers.

Meet the Team

Roseville, CA Office

Monette oversees company operations and promotes Empire Safety's brand through various marketing channels. She focuses mainly on direct contact with Federal Agencies and Corporate Accounts. Monette likes to spend her leisure time with family, golfing and volunteer work with Seniors First.

Executive Vice President

Tom has over 30 years experience in Safety Products Distribution. He oversees the Company's Marketing, Forecasting and Product Development. He is actively involved in community outreach for organizations such as ARC "On the Go", which provides active programs for adults with disabilities. Tom enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and gardening.

Brian manages accounts and provides customer service primarily for customers in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been working in sales and customer service for over 10 years and has been with Empire since 2008. He is a UC Santa Cruz alum with a degree in Business Management/Economics. When he is not selling safety he enjoys spending time with family and friends and rooting for the Golden State Warriors and San Francisco 49ers.

Shannon (the guy with a girl’s name) is a former Marine with a B.S. in Criminal Justice who joined the Empire Safety family in 2007. He works with our customers in the Central Valley down the Hwy99 corridor from San Joaquin County to Kern County. When not at work you will find him with a fishing pole in hand (all directions to “secret spots” are welcome).

Janis joined the Empire team in 2007. She has over 20 years experience in customer service. In her off time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her grandchildren, sons and friends.

Tony began his career in the Safety Industry in 1989 as a Customer Service Representative. He joined the Empire team in 2010. Tony works closely with our entire staff to insure that we offer the best possible customer service in the industry. He thoroughly enjoys working with all our customers and it is his pleasure to assist you with all your safety related needs.

Tammy has been with Empire Safety for over 15 years. Her customer service career covers a 35 year span. She exemplifies professionalism and serves her customers with the ultimate in service, quality and value. In her spare time, she enjoys jogging, hiking, hanging out with her two children, friends and family.

Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience from Regis University in 2012. He joined the Empire squadron just a few days later. He is currently working as a territory manager for the greater Sacramento area and is a part of the customer service team. In his free time, he enjoys playing as many outdoor sports as possible and spending time with his family.

Alvin joined Empire Safety in 2006. He is the Southern CA Territory Manager and Manages the Signal Hill Office and Warehouse. He has been in customer service for 12 years and 6+ years in the safety industry.

Senior Safety Specialist

Jerry joined Empire Safety in 2011. He began his safety career in 1992 after earning his B.A. degree in Economics at Cal State Hayward. Jerry manages the San Francisco and Contra Costa County territories. When he is not selling safety, he enjoys activities around rivers, lakes and the beach with his family.

Accounting Supervisor

Tracy joined the Empire team in 2006 as the Accounts Receivable Representative. She is now the Accounting Supervisor. She enjoys reading and watching thrillers, especially anything Steven King.

Accounting Assistant

Natallia joined Empire Safety in 2012. She is a recent graduate of Sierra College and is a part-time student at CSU Sacramento, working toward a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She likes classical music, museums and roller coasters.

Sierra is a recent graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Graphic Communication. She joined Empire Safety in 2010 and built/runs the website you're on at this very moment. In her spare time she enjoys being with friends and family, working out and doing house projects.

George joined Empire Safety in 2011 and helps run our website. He is currently working toward a Web Programming Certificate at Sierra College. In addition to being a computer nerd, he is also a licensed general contractor. In his spare time he enjoys bodybuilding, working with his hands, riding his ATV and hanging out with family.

Tony began his career in the Safety Supply industry in 1986 in the Silicon Valley. In 1999 he joined the Empire Safety team. He currently manages our Internet Sales.

Irene joined Empire Safety in 2011. She helps out wherever needed but her main focus is with Purchasing and order follow-up. In her off time she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and working in her garden.

Chris joined the Empire team in 2005. He manages the purchasing & warehouse departments. When not at work you can find him at the nearest lake or river with a fishing pole in hand.

Craig joined Empire Safety in November of 2008. When not doing his various warehouse duties, he is enjoying his free time. Sports and movies are a must but usually he can be found at home working on his house, constantly and repeatedly.
