FIRE RETARDANT D-CORE & HD CROWN PROTECTION

• Material: self-extinguish and high-density expanded polystyrene | Test: ASTM F2621 - Exposed at incident energy of 19 cal/cm² Protective foam interior made of high density expanded polystyrene treated to self-extinguish. To protect and prevent injury in applications near flames. The fire characteristics of the foam is in conformity with EN 13501-1 Class E.

POLYPROPYLENE HD EXTERNAL SHELL

• Material: HD Polypropylene | Test: ASTM F2621 - Exposed at incident energy of 19 cal/cm² External shell with greater impact energy absorption. Excels in high impact absorption and penetration protection. Resists color degradation. Harden surface resists wear and tear.

FIRE RETARDANT LAMP CLIPS

• Material: self-extinguish polyamide | Test: ASTM F2621 - Exposed at incident energy of 19 cal/cm² Replaceable lamp clips treated to self-extinguish. To protect and prevent injury in application near flames.

FIRE RESISTANT INNER PADDING

• Material: Aramid | Test: ASTM F1959 / F1959M-22 - ATPV 4.8 cal/cm² High comfort padding resistant to catching fire and is self-extiguishing. Does not melt or drip when exposed directly to extreme heat to protect and prevent injury in applications near flames.

FIRE RESISTANT CHINSTRAP

• Material: acrylic webbing | Test: ASTM F2621 - Exposed at incident energy of 19 cal/cm² Fire-resistant, acrylic chinstrap. Low flammability, non-melting, self-extinguishing with no flame.

ADAPTIVE FIT SYSTEM

• A size adjustment system which integrates three components for all-day comfort. A new, double diameter dial allows for easier size adjustments. Ergonomic side wings ensure a fast and secure fit against the back of the head. The patented Self Adaptive Live Hinge is the latest, self-adjusting fit technology that moves as the wearer moves.

LATERAL ADJUSTMENT DIVIDER

• Side regulator point on chinstrap for adjustment and positioning for a more tailored fit.

RING TO HOOK

• Chinstrap loop that enables the wearer to securely attach the helmet to a harness or other items.

EASY CLICK VISOR ADAPTERS

• Attaches visors or face shields to helmet.

HI-VIZ NAMEPLATE

• Designed with a high visibility nameplate for easy identification on the back of the helmet.

EARPLUG HOOKS

• Helmet equipped with lamp clips designed with secure earplug holders for easy access.

EARMUFF ATTACHMENT SLOTS

• Helmet designed with standard 30mm EURO slots for attaching KASK earmuffs.

FRONTAL ACCESSORY SLOT

• Front attachment point for advanced customization and easy integration of accessories such as badge holders and headlamps. Includes cap cover for debris protection.

ELECTRIC SHOCK PROTECTION

• Helmet meets Class E (Electrical) protection standards. Proof tested at 20,000 volts.
